This position implements best practices across a region. This role provides senior-level consulting and coaching to leaders in best practices for patient experience. In addition, this position leads or participates in planning regional events, including conferences and strategic forums. Additionally, this role requires a strong working knowledge of effective reporting and interpretation of survey results and statistical concepts. Responsibilities for this role include leveraging resources to provide appropriate education and serving as a change agent for process improvement. + Collaborates with executive leaders to meet facility needs and leverages resources effectively. + Oversees the consulting and coaching program to drive improvement. + Participates in planning for patient experience develops and monitors project workplans to ensure timely completion. + Leads committees and efforts at assigned campuses, sharing best practices across the region. + Works with campus senior leadership to drive accountability and performance review. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** + Demonstrates strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills, managing patient experience improvement initiatives, projects, and programs + Skilled, demonstrated experience as a nurse leader driving patient experience improvement + Knowledge of clinical and nonclinical acute hospital operations and continuum of care (connected care) pre/post-acute services + Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a proven track record of effectively presenting information to all levels of the organization, including senior executives + Flexibility and adaptability to change, with the ability to function in a highly independent manner due to remote location from central headquarters + Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to interface effectively with physicians, nursing, non-clinical, and executive leadership + Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve effectively + Strong consultant skillset, with the ability to influence all levels in the organization + Exhibits excellent complex analytical, and change management skills + Solid ability to analyze and evaluate business problems by defining the challenges, identifying alternatives, and making timely decisions + Strong knowledge of Patient Experience best practices, and how to best integrate with clinical care + Solid knowledge of CMS CAHPS requirements, statistical concepts, and the survey process + Expertise in effective methods of education and adult learning practices + Ability to lead, organize, and work on multiple initiatives/projects without compromising work + Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel + Lean or Six Sigma application knowledge [Preferred] **Education:** + Bachelor's in nursing , healthcare, business or related field [Required] + Master's [Preferred] **Work Experience:** + 5+ relevant experience [Required] **Licenses and Certifications:** + Registered Nurse (RN) [Required] + Six Sigma [Preferred] + Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) [Preferred] **Physical Requirements:** _(Please click the link below to view work requirements)_ Physical Requirements - https://tinyurl.com/23km2677 **Pay Range:** $72,189.82 - $134,259.75 _This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances._ **Category:** Patient Experience **Organization:** AdventHealth Ocala **Schedule:** Full time **Shift:** Day **Req ID:** 150651277
