About the Role
We’re hiring Commercial Kitchen Service Technicians—full-time or part-time—to join our Buffalo team! In this mobile, hands-on role, you’ll service commercial kitchens along a designated route, providing fryer management and oil filtration services using specialized equipment and a company vehicle.
Whether you’re looking for a stable full-time position or a flexible part-time schedule, this role offers independence, early mornings, and the chance to make a visible impact in the foodservice industry.

What We’re Looking For
- Must live in the Greater Buffalo Area
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Comfortable using mobile apps and digital tools
- Able to lift, push, and pull up to 45 pounds
- Willing to start shifts between midnight and 3:00 AM
- High school diploma or GED
- Must pass drug screen and background check
