Customer Service Representative/Parts Counter Sales

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the right trailer parts for their needs.
• Maintain an organized parts counter and ensure inventory is stocked and up-to-date.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service delivery.
• Stay informed about product offerings and promotions to effectively assist customers.
• Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or trailer sales is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or trailer parts sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
