  • Second shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 pm to 1:00 am
  • Occasional Friday overtime from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm
What You’ll Do
  • Maintain current knowledge of safety regulations; implement and enforce required procedures.
  • Ensure appropriate PPE is available and used correctly (bump caps, gloves, eye protection).
  • Promote ergonomic practices such as adjustable workstations, proper seating, and regular breaks.
  • Set annual goals aligned to operating metrics; track and communicate progress.
  • Interface with technical staff to secure resources and resolve issues quickly.

  • Serve as first contact for employee relations concerns; work with Union Stewards on contract and discipline matters.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Servant leadership orientation and a strong record of leading by example.
  • 1–3 years in fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing supervision preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering, or Operations preferred.

  • Coaching and mentoring within a team environment; holds others accountable to standards.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset; promotes proactive, solution-oriented thinking.
  • Preferred exposure to process control, production scheduling, Kaizen, Kanban, and Lean.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stoop, bend, stand for extended periods, demonstrate manual dexterity, and lift up to 50 lbs without assistance.
How You’ll Grow
  • Build capability as a frontline finishing leader while delivering measurable improvements in safety, quality, and flow.
