Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Pompano Beach, FL

Schedule: Monday – Friday | Saturdays are required during Peak Season | Full-Time

Overview:

A leading distribution and supply company in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for a bilingual professional (English/Spanish) with a strong background in warehouse and logistics operations, particularly within the distribution supplier or supply store industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of materials
Supervise and coordinate the work of warehouse staff to ensure productivity and safety goals are met
Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy
Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams to meet operational timelines
Train, mentor, and evaluate team members on best practices and standard operating procedures
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervisory experience, preferably in a distribution supplier or supply store environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment is a plus
Reliable, organized, and solutions-focused
