Job Summary
The General Laborer / Construction Assist Laborer supports construction, maintenance, and repair projects by assisting skilled tradespeople and performing general labor tasks at job sites. This role involves material handling, site preparation, cleanup, and basic construction duties to help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, and willing to learn. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the construction industry while working in a fast-paced environment. 

Position Details
Experience: Entry Position. On the job training. Some labor experience preferred.
Schedule: 5/8 or 4/10 schedules based on operational needs
Employment Type: Full - Time
Part-Time positions subject to need
Overtime: Opportunity available based on business needs
Work Location: Local travel between job sites required
Pay: Hourly, based on experience
On Call/Emergency Response: Not required for this position
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 70lbs, work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and preform physical tasks in varying weather conditions Work Environment: Indoor and Outdoor work in residential and commercial settings
Licensing: Valid Driver's license required. Personal reliable transportation to and from sites required.
Probationary Period: Position is subject to a probationary period
Safety: Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
