Job Summary

D.A.V. Electric, LLC is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Superintendent to oversee and manage electrical construction projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for supervising field operations, coordinating crews, ensuring project schedules are met, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive hands-on electrical trade experience and proven supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site electrical construction activities
• Lead, manage, and mentor field crews to ensure productivity and workmanship standards
• Plan daily and weekly work schedules and coordinate manpower and materials
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with plans and specifications
• Enforce job site safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, subcontractors, and clients
• Review blueprints, specifications, and schedules to ensure accurate execution
• Track job progress and report status updates to management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
• Operate company vehicles and equipment as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the electrical trades
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and construction methods
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Journeyman or Master Electrician license
• Experience managing commercial or industrial electrical projects
