PACE Supply is seeking a reliable and experienced Class A Driver to join our Santa Rosa, CA team. We’re a top-rated wholesale distributor known for exceptional service and high-quality products in plumbing, hydronics, fire protection, water treatment, pumps, septic, and waterworks.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles (tractor-trailers, flatbeds, doubles)
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections in line with DOT standards
• Follow all federal, state, and local transportation regulations
• Provide outstanding customer service during deliveries
• Maintain accurate logs, bills of lading, and DOT compliance documents
• Assist in loading/unloading freight with a safety-first mindset
• Coordinate routes with dispatch to ensure on-time delivery
• Report maintenance or mechanical issues promptly

Qualifications:

• Valid California Class A CDL with "T" endorsement (doubles, triples, tankers)
• Manual transmission experience required
• At least 2 years of commercial driving experience
• Clean driving record, pass a background check and drug screen
• Must be 21+ years of age
• Current Medical Examiner's Certificate, FMSC Clearinghouse registration, and OT registration
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs
• Basic English proficiency for communication and documentation
• Strong understanding of DOT regulations, safety protocols, and route planning
