Monday - Friday; Morning Shift
Leadpoint Business Services is currently seeking a Full Time Route Support Supervisor in support of our site management team in Saint Paul, MN. This Route Support Supervisor supports the team in several important functions such as, Hiring/interviewing, Safety compliance, light HR. Due to the diversity of responsibilities, the ideal candidate will be a competent and resourceful individual with a passion for safety.

Responsibilities of the Route Support Supervisor
- Performs Recruiting and customer service functions.
- Completes New Hire Forms and manages workflow for On-boarding new employees.
- Coordinates benefit programs and assists employees with program documentation.
- Assists with recruitment and interview process.
- Schedules meetings and interviews.
- Assist with workers compensation claims and the injury reports.
Requirements of the Route Support Supervisor
- High School Diploma
- Supervisory experience.
- Strong/applicable background in safety
- Computer/Technology Proficiency – MS Office
- Communication skills
Critical Evaluation. - Ethical Practice
- Clean driving record
