Online Sales Concierge - Full-time

Hybrid/Remote � West Des Moines, IA � Hourly + Commission + Bonuses

Hubbell Homes is looking for a proactive, tech-savvy Online Sales Concierge to be the first point of contact for today�s homebuyers. In this pivotal role, you�ll turn digital inquiries into meaningful connections and qualified appointments for our onsite sales team.

As the Online Sales Concierge, you�ll manage Hubbell Homes� online sales initiatives and guide prospective buyers throughout the early stages of their home search. You will:

• Respond to all emails, voicemails, LiveChats, sales line calls, and online inquiries within one hour
• Build rapport, establish trust, and set clear expectations with prospective buyers
• Qualify leads based on needs, timelines, and interests
• Provide consistent follow-up to nurture online prospects and set appointments with our onsite New Home Specialists
• Share community details, floorplans, marketing materials, and helpful resources
• Use lead-management software (HubSpot experience a plus!)
• Create and deliver ongoing email campaigns
• Track and report on lead activity, conversions, and sales metrics
• Monitor website content to ensure accuracy and relevance
• Jump in with additional tasks as needed

• 2+ years of sales and/or marketing experience
• Strong proficiency with software systems, including Microsoft Office; experience with HubSpot preferred
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail, strong organization, and consistent follow-through
• Comfort working independently in an unstructured environment
• Customer-focused mindset and a personable, engaging style
