Job Summary
BioLegend is looking for a Data Entry Clerk who will serve the basic administrative needs of the Flow Quality Control Department. This position will be responsible for finishing and updating production orders and entering, reviewing, and verifying experimental data entries in internal databases. Additional duties for this position will include updating tracking spreadsheets, filing experimental data, documenting management and inventory management of released products and controls. This position will work closely with all members of the Flow Quality Control team and with other departments within Manufacturing.
Essential Functions

- Report product testing done by the members of the Flow Quality Control team via updating internal computer databases with product testing conclusions
- Update electronic internal product inventory
- Generate weekly and daily electronic reports
- File and maintain data printouts
- Maintain sample and controls inventories
- Help maintain lab cleanliness
- Perform job duties under ISO requirements and follow SOPs or work instructions
- Other projects or responsibilities as may be required.
Minimum Qualifications – Education and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications – Education and Experience
- Previous data entry experience in a business environment
- Interest in the life sciences

The base salary range for this full-time position is $18.50 - $24.00/hr. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This base pay range does not take into account bonuses, equity, or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
