Maintenance Mechanic - Full-time

An innovative leader in commercial and architectural precast concrete manufacturing, has an immediate opening for an Industrial Fleet Maintenance Mechanic in our Cashmere, WA Precast Facility. 

The ideal candidate is self-motivated and has proven skills in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment and vehicles, with working electrical knowledge of the equipment; must have experience with diesel equipment.

Essential Functions

Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and maintain industrial equipment in the Precast Facility, including but not limited to. 

· Conveyors

· Motors

· Pumps

· Hydraulics

· Concrete Batching Systems

· Basic understanding of high and low voltage equipment

· Large Cranes

· Aerial Platform Equipment

· Industrial vehicles (diesel and gas powered)

· Domestic gas vehicles

Key Skills and Competencies

· Advanced knowledge of industrial/hydraulic equipment and diagnostic tools

· Must have excellent organizational, time management, attention to detail, and planning skills, and be able to multi-task effectively

· Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and problem solving

· Welding experience preferred

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present information clearly and concisely.

· Computer proficiency, a plus

Experience Requirements

3-5 years of mechanical experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment, maintaining diesel and gas vehicles, as well as concrete plant equipment and tools.
