This role will lead delivery and governance across a portfolio of enterprise initiatives with a strong focus on information security, risk management, compliance, and enterprise architecture.

What You’ll Do
The Senior IT Program Manager will lead project delivery and portfolio governance across enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, risk, and compliance initiatives within a complex, global environment. This role requires balancing hands-on execution with executive-level visibility and influence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and oversee multiple, concurrent IT programs related to security, risk, compliance, and architecture
- Partner closely with Information Security, Risk, Compliance, Enterprise Architecture, and IT leadership teams
- Drive alignment between strategic business objectives and IT delivery outcomes
- Manage program roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and financials across a global portfolio
- Support change management and adoption efforts tied to enterprise and security initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
- 10-15+ years of experience in IT program or portfolio management, with senior-level responsibility
- Strong background in information security, risk management, compliance, or enterprise architecture initiatives
- Ability to operate across strategy, governance, and execution
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing global or enterprise-scale programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in highly regulated environments (pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or similar)
- Experience supporting cybersecurity, GRC, or enterprise architecture portfolios
- Consulting or advisory background
- Experience working with distributed or international teams
- Prior involvement in PMO transformation or portfolio optimization initiatives
- PMP Certification preferred
