Host - Full-time / Part-time

Duties:

- Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them at their tables

- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently

- Provide menus and relay any specials or promotions to guests

- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area

- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong customer service and guest services orientation

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant industry is a plus

- Good understanding of guest relations and ability to communicate effectively
