Maintenance Mechanic

Bring your 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or production to a company that values your skills. This Maintenance Mechanic role is with a growing manufacturer and distributor of beverage syrups and straws, offering steady work in a fast-paced production environment.

You will keep production lines running through hands-on machine setup, changeovers, troubleshooting, and coordination with quality and maintenance teams. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with consistent full-time hours, lots of overtime, competitive pay, and strong career growth through promotion from within.

Maintenance Mechanic Job Duties:

o Ensure smooth and efficient operation of all production lines
o Set up and run daily production according to the Production Plan
o Perform machine setup, changeovers, and basic adjustments
o Monitor line performance, inspections, and resolve downtime issues
o Coordinate with quality control, maintenance, and EPS during inspections and shift handovers

Schedule:

o Night Shift
o 6-day work week, 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. with mandatory overtime

Pay: $25.00 – $34.00 per hour

o Hourly pay with significant overtime opportunities

Maintenance Mechanic Requirements:

o At least 2 years of maintenance technician experience in a manufacturing environment
o Experience using hand and power tools
o High school diploma or GED
