Job Description

IMMEDIATE OPENINGS

IMKO is seeking dependable and mechanically inclined individuals to fill Packaging Associate positions for a manufacturing facility in Jefferson City, MO.

Schedule:

Rotating 12-hour shifts 2/2/3
Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Day Shift: 6am to 6pm

Pay:

$20 per hour

Qualifications:

At least 6 months of consistent experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically active work throughout a 12-hour shift.
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor high-speed packaging equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production.
Perform regular quality checks on product weight and appearance.
Adjust controls as needed to keep production within set standards.
Identify and clear minor equipment issues or product jams.
Complete necessary documentation and line reporting.
Retrieve and load packaging materials as required.
Follow safety procedures and report any issues to the supervisor or maintenance team.
