Role Title: 1st Class Aluminum Shipfitter
Location: Lockport, Louisiana
Employment Type: Full Time
Shift: Days
Job Summary: We are seeking experienced 1st Class Aluminum Shipfitters for a Shipyard that does outside New Construction work in Lockport. Candidates must be willing to work 40 to 50 hours. All Aluminum Shipfitters will have to pass a hand-on test and interview with the supervisor.
Key Requirements
Must Have
·Minimum 3 years of experience as a 1st Class Aluminum Shipfitter.
·Must have all Aluminum Shipfitters tools
·Must pass a drug screen
Must have some form of transportation to and from work
Preferred Qualifications
·Experience with industrial or Fabrication shop Ship fitting
·Strong knowledge of Ship fitting safety procedures.
·Proven reliability and consistent attendance.
·Experience working indoors and outdoors Aluminum Ship fitting environment.
