Were seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Sales & Inventory Associate. This role is ideal for someone with retail experience who enjoys organization, vendor communication, and keeping a boutique running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and tag incoming merchandise.
• Track and manage inventory to ensure accuracy and organization.
• Restock and remerchandise the sales floor to maintain a fresh, inviting look.
• Communicate with vendors regarding orders, reorders, and product availability.
• Assist with placing purchase orders and monitoring delivery timelines.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and visual standards both on the floor and in stock areas.
• Identify best-sellers, low-stock items, and merchandising opportunities to maximize sales.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• ~ 20 hrs/month across our 3 locations
• Previous retail experience required (inventory and operations experience are a plus)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills for working with both customers and vendors
• Able to stand for hours at a time
• Able to lift 20 pounds
