Warehouse Supervisor

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM [Must be available for Overtime]
Location: Pooler, Ga
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate handling of inventory. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and capable of motivating staff while maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to meet productivity and quality goals
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and stock accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
• Schedule staff and manage attendance and performance
• Communicate with management regarding workflow, issues, and improvements
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience (supervisory experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work on your feet and perform physical tasks as required
• Basic computer skills (inventory systems, email, reports)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Forklift certification required
• Knowledge of WMS System
• Knowledge of AS 400 is a plus
