A medical devices company is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for the 3rd shift in Wilmington, MA. Join a fast-growing start-up that is at the forefront of digital manufacturing, where you will play a crucial role in orthodontic appliance production.

Shift of the Manufacturing Technician:
1st Shift - 5AM, 6AM OR 7:00AM start time (flexible)
2nd shift - 2PM, 3PM or 4PM start time (flexible)

Schedule - Friday - Monday
*MUST BE ABLE to train 1st shift during the week for 1-2 weeks*

Pay Rate/Salary of the Manufacturing Technician:
$20.20/hr

Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Technician:

• Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment for product assembly.
• Follow specifications and quality procedures to ensure product standards.
• Maintain product traceability throughout the manufacturing process.
• Inspect materials and products to detect defects or malfunctions.
• Contribute to safety and quality system improvement programs.

Qualifications of the Manufacturing Technician:

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in manufacturing or related field preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work safely and effectively in a manufacturing environment.
