Remote Light Industrial Recruiter

LOCATIONS: Remote - WST or PST Time zones preferred

Pay: $35 - 40 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday -Average 40-45Hours/week

Title: Remote Industrial Recruiter (6 Month Contract)

Hiring remote experienced Recruiter with a strong background in Light Industrial, Warehouse, Manufacturing, and Maintenance Technician recruiting.

Responsibilities:

• • Source, screen, and interview candidates for manufacturing, warehouse, and light industrial roles
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
  • Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, and onboarding workflows
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hiring policies and procedures
  • Managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Document within ATS and CRM talent onboarding status during hiring process

Qualifications:

• Bilingual Spanish and English Preferred
• Recruiting experience within Light Industrial Required: Manufacturing, Maintenance Facilities, Warehouse, etc.
• Organized and able to multi-task
• Previous Remote Experience
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and client deadlines
• Available for entire six month contract
