Responsibilities include processing and maintaing enrollment information, providing data entry, maintaing files, providing reports, initiating purchase orders, and developing, maintaining and reporting status of financial information.
Job Duties:Verifies and processes enrollment information and enters information into computer data base. Develops an accurate and easy to comprehend enrollement process and makes presentations to appropriate parties. Provides daily information to JOM personnel both in writing and verbally. Provides assistance and information to appropriate personnel for use in completion of enrollment or to obtain tribal enrollment records. Establishes and maintains official student files/records. Prepares reports. Maintains records according to national standards. Ensures information is entered into the computer data base and updated weekly. Develops and maintains tracking system for each individual financial account. Develops and maintains tracking system for each individual financial account and provides monthly information to appropriate personnel. Documents and initiates purchase requisitions and purchase orders for needed supplies and expenses. Documents and disburses payments for program activities. Provides JOM program enrollments by site or schedule. Other duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications:EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
Associate's degree from 2-year college or technical school in Education, Records Management, or a related field; or two years (60 credit hours) coursework from 4-year college or university; or three years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
An additional three years experience is required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must possess a valid driver's license with a driving history verified through a motor vehicle report that meets requirements for Cherokee Nation underwriting rating.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
