Legal Intern (Summer 2026)

About the role: As a Legal Intern at TQL, you gain knowledge and experience working for the Legal Team at an industry leading company.  You will be responsible for providing support to the legal department by conducting research, updating and filing documents and coordinating with other departments as needed.    What’s in it for you:  Paid internship at $15/hour Grow your professional network and develop your skillset alongside industry experts Immersion into TQL’s award-winning culture through meet & greets, team events and more Gain valuable real-world experience at a Certified Great Place to Work with 800+ lifetime workplace award wins   What you’ll be doing: Assist in reviewing and analyzing cases involving non-compete violations to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations  Support the legal team by going through trial and mediation documents related to ongoing court cases Help revise and update company documents, including policies, standard operating procedures and the employee handbook by researching applicable laws, ensuring compliance, and drafting clear policy language Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts and policies   What you need: Current student graduating between May 2027 – December 2028 Bachelor’s degree in a related field Considering law school is a plus  Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, handle pressure and work independently in an effective and positive manner Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Can effectively handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment Creative thinker with a strong work ethic, attention to detail and superior problem-solving skills   Where you’ll be: 4289 Ivy Pointe Blvd, Cincinnati, OH 45245 Employment visa sponsorship is unavailable for this position.
