Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

As a school-based occupational therapist, you’ll play a vital role in promoting student success and independence, collaborating closely with educators and families to ensure students reach their fullest potential. Multiple full-time positions are available to suit your professional interests and desired caseloads.

Your expertise will make a meaningful difference each day as you assess students’ needs and develop individualized intervention plans. Working onsite, you’ll address sensory, motor, and functional challenges and help foster skills essential for learning and daily school participation. Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active OT license in the state
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy settings
  • Strong understanding of IDEA, IEP processes, and multidisciplinary team collaboration
  • Ability to adapt interventions to diverse student needs and learning environments
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to a nurturing and dynamic school culture

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and develop targeted OT plans for students with varied needs
  • Implement direct and consultative therapy sessions onsite
  • Collaborate with teachers, aides, and families to integrate supports into classroom routines
  • Participate in assessment meetings and provide input for IEP development and revisions
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress notes in accordance with school policies
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and team discussions to ensure high-quality services
