Key Responsibilities

• Assess and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders for sub-acute rehabilitation patients
• Develop personalized treatment plans for each patient
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient recovery
• Educate patients and their families on treatment options and progress
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation

Required Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid State SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in sub-acute rehabilitation settings (preferred)
• Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
