Join our team as a Diesel Mechanic and play a vital role in maintaining the safety, efficiency, and compliance of our oilfield equipment. We are seeking a dedicated professional with a strong background in diesel mechanics to ensure all tractors and trailers are inspected, repaired, and maintained in accordance with DOT/FMCSA standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect, diagnose, and repair oilfield equipment, including tractors and trailers

- Perform maintenance and repairs on chassis, engines, and Cummins systems

- Conduct engine and fuel diagnostics using E.S.A and Cummins diagnostic tools

- Work on D.E.F and SCR systems, sensors, and injectors

- Perform annual inspections and ensure compliance with federal and state DOT regulations

- Maintain accurate documentation of all inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities

- Ensure all work complies with DOT/FMCSA standards and safety regulations

- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks to meet operational deadlines

- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding equipment status and repairs


Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a diesel mechanic or in a similar role

- Comprehensive knowledge of diesel engine systems, including D.E.F, SCR, sensors, and injectors

- Proficiency in engine diagnostics and repair, particularly with Cummins engines

- Strong understanding of Federal and State DOT regulations, especially FMCSA standards

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills

- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and management

- Ability to perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance on heavy-duty equipment reliably and efficiently
