Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Laborer / Crew Member to join our pipeline rehabilitation team. This hands-on role supports trenchless and underground utility projects including slip lining, drainage repair and installation, and canal and lake bank restoration. You will work closely with experienced crew members while operating tools and equipment in active field environments.
What You’ll Do
Work as part of a crew on pipeline rehabilitation and underground utility projects
Operate small tools and equipment including pumps, gas saws, compactors, bobcats, and backhoes
Assist with excavation, pipe installation, and site preparation
Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Communicate clearly with supervisors and crew members
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Required Qualifications
Underground utility or construction experience preferred
Strong desire to learn a skilled trade
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Mechanical aptitude and ability to use tools and equipment
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record (required to operate company vehicles)
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday
Home daily
Overtime and weekend work as needed
