Event Parking Valet - Part Time - Part-time

 As our Event Parking Valet, you will support the Parking team by providing a professional and welcoming first impression for high-profile guests at Moda Center. This role is responsible for safely and efficiently parking and retrieving player vehicles and keys in a secure, VIP garage environment.

DAY-TO-DAY: 

• Greet and interact courteously with high-profile guests upon arrival and departure.
• Safely operate, park, and retrieve a wide range of vehicle types, including manual transmission vehicles.
• Follow established procedures for vehicle intake, key handling, and parking location tracking.
• Ensure efficient traffic flow within the VIP garage and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with the Parking team, Security, and Event Operations to support overall traffic and guest service objectives.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area and assist with signage or wayfinding as needed.
• Remain informed of event schedules and coordinate arrival/departure timing accordingly.
• Perform all duties in compliance with company policies, including safety and confidentiality standards.

WE’D LIKE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU:

• Possess a valid, state-issued driver’s license
• At least one year of customer service experience
• At least one year of similar work experience
• Are at least 18 years of age or older
• Are able to work all Trail Blazers events, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Are able to effectively and professionally communicate with guests and other staff
