Built by Mike Balsitis, a five-time winner of the Top 250 Real Estate Professionals in the United States for total number of closed transactions per the Wall Street Journal/Realtrends, we've created an environment where individual strengths are valued and rewarded. 

While being the top 1% of the top 1% is incredibly rewarding, Mike wanted to share that success and scale his impact by providing others with a platform to build a real estate career that fit their unique strengths and goals while having the support to achieve at the highest possible levels. Since then, we've grown to 10 locations and over 200 agents, and we're currently hiring as we make 2025 our best year so far in terms of growth, transactions, and impact.

Our ideal candidate is someone who knows what they want out of their next chapter of their career, knows what they're good at, and know what type of support & environment allows them to perform at their best. We then tailor our leadership and support and strategy to fit those things for each agent at our company.
