Earn Even More With Our NEW Continuous Run Program

Once you're rolling, you're in control of your earnings. TMC drivers earn a percentage of every load they haul through our performance-based pay system. Prefer to stay out longer? Our Continuous Run Program rewards drivers who choose extra time on the road with an increased percentage on their loads⎻ an extra 1% after staying out one weekend, up to a maximum of 3% after three or more weekends. You keep the additional percentage until you go home.

Requirements and Skills

• Valid Class A CDL (must have a permit for CDL training)
• Minimum 23 years of age
• Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements
