Kitchen Manager Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 (based on experience)

What You’ll Do as Kitchen Manager
- Lead daily BOH operations: prep, line execution, food safety, sanitation, and shift routines
- Coach, schedule, and develop kitchen teams while maintaining morale and efficiency
- Manage quality, ticket times, and coordination with FOH during service
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost control (waste, yield, portioning)
- Cross-train into FOH operations: guest experience, service standards, and to-go excellence
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of kitchen leadership in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong communication, organization, and team development skills
- Working knowledge of food safety and kitchen systems (ServSafe preferred)
- A collaborative mindset and curiosity to learn FOH operations
