Physical Therapist

Seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide exceptional therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. This role involves patient evaluation, the development of individualized treatment plans, and direct therapy delivery to help restore function and mobility.

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate based on clinical assessments.
• Develop and update comprehensive treatment and discharge plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Document therapy services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehabilitation Technicians according to practice acts.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams and patients' families to ensure optimal care.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards at all times.

• Graduation from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, BSPT).
• Possession of an active state Physical Therapy license or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to diverse facility environments, schedules, and patient needs.
