We’re seeking a skilled CLS / Medical Technologist to support a busy hospital lab during night shifts. This role requires strong technical expertise across laboratory disciplines along with hands-on phlebotomy experience.

🩺 Key Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing and analysis across multiple disciplines
\n
• Collect and process patient specimens (phlebotomy required)
\n
• Ensure accuracy, quality control, and timely reporting of results
\n
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
\n
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation
\n
• Follow all lab safety and compliance protocols
\n
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care

✅ Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CLS/MT experience (Required)

• Active Montana State License (Required)
\n
• ASCP or equivalent certification (Preferred/Required per facility)

• Phlebotomy experience (Required)

• Experience with EPIC EMR (Preferred)

• Ability to work independently on night shifts
\n
