American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg travel position in Saginaw, MI, requiring at least 2 years of Med/Surg experience and an active Michigan RN license.

- General Med/Surg unit serving a diverse patient population including oncology, observation, hospice, medical, and surgical patients \n
- Night shift position, 7:00 PM – 7:15 AM, 12-hour shifts \n
- 36 hours per week \n
- Every other weekend and holiday coverage required \n
- No on-call responsibilities \n
- 13-week contract \n

- Active Michigan (MI) RN license required — must be verified Active on LARA and/or Nursys \n
- Current AHA BLS certification required \n
- Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience required \n
- Med/Surg observation experience required \n
- Current Med/Surg skills checklist (within the last year) required for consideration \n
- 2 supervisory reference forms completed within the last 2 years required for consideration \n

- Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates individualized patient care in accordance with established unit policies and procedures \n
- Oversees and delegates components of the patient care plan to unit staff \n
- Works under the supervision of the Med/Surg Nurse Manager \n
- Local candidates are welcome to apply — candidates within a 50-mile radius of the facility are eligible but limited to one 13-week contract \n
