Physical Therapist (PT) – Skilled Nursing Facility

We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility opportunity in Fair Lawn, NJ. This assignment offers the chance to work with a supportive rehab team while treating a diverse geriatric population in a well-established SNF setting.
Assignment Details:
- Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Schedule: 5x8 Day Shifts
- Start Date: ASAP
- Immediate Interview Available
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat residents in the SNF setting
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Improve mobility, balance, strength, and functional independence
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams
- Complete timely documentation and patient education
