Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Broadmead: A Community Where You Belong, Grow, and Flourish

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides delegated, resident‑centered care and supports daily shift routines. This role is essential in promoting comfort, dignity, and wellness for adult and geriatric residents while practicing within the scope of LPN licensure.

Your Impact
  • Deliver compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
  • Assist with personal care needs, comfort measures, and daily routines
  • Support the overall health and wellbeing of adult and geriatric residents
  • Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary team members
  • Ensure care practices meet professional standards and licensure requirements
Education & Experience
  • Completion of an approved Practical or Vocational Nursing program
  • Active Maryland LPN license
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience with a similar resident population
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide care that respects dignity, independence, and safety
