Auto Body Shop Collision Center Manager

A leading dealership in the South-Central Pennsylvania area is seeking to hire a Collision Center Manager to oversee collision repairs, manage employees, and more. Our Collision Center is equipped with advanced technology and staffed by skilled professionals.  This role requires strong leadership skills, body shop knowledge, and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service. We’re looking for a high caliber individual that will grow with us and foster a positive work environment for our employees.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee collision repairs, manage employees and daily body shop operations
• Coordinate daily collision repair production to meet deadlines and maintain strict quality standards
• Manage and schedule work for body shop employees 
• Check quality of completed work
• Maximize profit and control expenses
• Manage Direct Repair Programs for insurance companies
• Maintain shop equipment in good working condition 
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:

• Automotive Body Shop / Collision Center Management experience preferred
• Motivated Auto Body Shop Technicians with 5+ years of experience will also be considered
• Team builder with ability to motivate staff to achieve goals
• Thorough knowledge of collision repair process including quality standards
• I-CAR / ASE Certification is a plus!
• Good leadership, computer, communication, and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and good work ethic
