The Role: Move Manager

As a Move Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients throughout their move. From the first conversation to the final picture hung on the wall, you’ll guide the process with organization, empathy, and calm.

This is a hands-on, part-time role that’s ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working directly with people, and finding real satisfaction in a job well done. No prior moving, healthcare, or technology experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing support.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of a client’s move from start to finish
• Pack, unpack, and set up new homes so everything feels comfortable and ready (beds made, closets organized, cabinets stocked, pictures hung)
• Meet with clients to plan moves and provide estimates
• Create floor plans, organize belongings, and coordinate with movers and vendors
• Supervise and guide team members during move days
• Problem-solve calmly when challenges arise
• Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and cared for every step of the way

Job Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Smartphone and basic computer skills
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 35 pounds (packing, unpacking, organizing—not heavy lifting)
• Availability for part-time hours that may vary week to week
