What you will do: The Head of Corporate Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth across Cybersecurity and Infrastructure offerings for corporate customers. The role leads the end-to-end sales strategy, key account ownership, and sales organization for security services, professional services, and technology-led solutions. This position balances strategic leadership with hands-on engagement in complex, solution-based sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Commercial Ownership
- Own end-to-end sales strategy for MSSP and systems integration solutions across corporate and SME segments
- Design go-to-market approaches for our full security stack—from managed services to professional services and infrastructure integration
- Partner with executive leadership on pricing, contract structures, and commercial strategy
Key Account & Strategic Client Management
- Act as executive sponsor for strategic corporate accounts and high-value SME accounts., building relationships with CIOs, CISOs, and CTOs
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving managed services, system integration, and long-term contracts
- Drive retention, renewals, and expansion through value-based selling that resonates at the boardroom level
Sales Leadership & Team Development
- Build and lead a specialized sales organization equipped to sell sophisticated security solutions
- Develop your team through coaching on consultative, security-led selling approaches
- Create a high-performance culture where technical expertise meets commercial excellence
Solution Selling & Bid Management
- Oversee complex RFPs, RFIs, and tenders involving managed security services and integration projects.
- Work closely with pre-sales team to design commercially viable, technically sound solutions.
- Ensure proposals clearly articulate risk reduction, compliance, operational resilience, and ROI for customers.
- Drive consistent deal qualification, pricing governance, and margin discipline.
Sales Operations & Forecasting
- Drive structured sales processes, CRM adoption, and pipeline governance.
- Track performance, win rates, deal velocity, and forecast accuracy.
- Ensure predictable revenue delivery and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
Collaboration, Partners & Market Leadership
- Work closely with pre-sales, security operations, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners on joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitive dynamics in cybersecurity and integration services.
- Represent the company at industry events and position it as a trusted security and integration partner.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10–15+ years of B2B sales leadership experience within MSSP, systems integration, cybersecurity, or IT services.
- Proven track record of selling managed services, professional services, and complex integration solutions.
- Experience engaging senior IT and security decision-makers (CIO, CISO, CTO).
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise IT environments.
