Customer Service Representative

We are seeking aCustomer Service Representative (CSR)to build strong customer relationships and support administrative operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What Youll Do

• Greet customers warmly and assist with check-ins, authorizations, and vehicle condition forms.
• Provide updates on repair progress and explain processes, including insurance, payments, rentals, and timelines.
• Answer and direct calls professionally, schedule appointments and handle DRP assignments promptly.
• Create RO files, coordinate vehicle drop-offs, and manage related paperwork.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, front office, and kitchen.
• Manage office calendars, invoices, accounts receivable, and final billing preparations.
• Submit customer information for weekly service reviews
• Travel with our porter to customer locations to assist with check in process for customers who cannot travel to our locations
• Driving different types of vehicles to and from the facility
• Assist as needed in other areas

What Were Looking For

• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
  
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in sales, call centers, or POS/management systems is a plus
  

Schedule

• Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Extended periods of standing, sitting, and performing repetitive motions.
