Pay Rate: $26.00-$29.00
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Visiting Supervisor to coordinate and oversee Home Visiting services provided under the Family Services Plan (FSP). This role is ideal for a leader who is passionate about early childhood development, family support, and mentoring staff to deliver high-quality, compliant, and meaningful services.
What You’ll DoWith supervision, the Home Visiting Supervisor ensures services are delivered in accordance with Tresco policies, state and federal regulations, and best practices. This role blends leadership, collaboration, and hands-on program oversight.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Leadership & SupervisionSupervise, mentor, and evaluate Home Visiting Specialists to promote growth, accountability, and teamwork
Provide reflective supervision to each Home Visiting Specialist at least twice per month
Conduct field supervision by accompanying home visitors on family visits per required timelines
Serve as a professional role model aligned with Tresco’s Mission, Vision, Values, and Code of Ethics
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ECECD Home Visiting Standards, licensing, and accreditation requirements
Oversee accurate and timely development of Family Services Plans (FSPs)
Review and audit case files regularly (minimum 10% monthly; 100% annually)
Ensure accurate client data entry and effective use of data management systems
Report suspected abuse, neglect, exploitation, or serious incidents per policy
Serve as a liaison between Early Childhood Services and community partners
Assist with determining child eligibility and ensuring appropriate placement
Coordinate and participate in outreach, public relations, and referral activities
Build and maintain strong community partnerships and track staff participation
Ensure timely and accurate paperwork and documentation
Attend all scheduled meetings and complete special projects as assigned
Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED plus at least 15 higher-education credits or experience in Home Visiting, Early Intervention, or Early Childhood-focused roles
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Early Childhood Development, Marriage and Family Counseling, Infant Family Studies, or a related field
Licenses & Certifications
Valid driver’s license
Ability to maintain vehicle insurance and be insurable by Tresco
CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
Additional Requirements
Ability to pass background and driver’s license record checks
Clearance through ECECD/Early Childhood Services prior to providing direct services
Completion of required curriculum training within 60 days of hire
Strong leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
High level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
