We’re looking for a Medical Assistant with strong phlebotomy skills who takes pride in doing things right, sees problems and solves them, and doesn’t need constant direction to be excellent. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving clinic environment.

Clinic Hours:
  Monday–Thursday: 7:00am–6:00pm
  Friday: 8:00am–5:00pm

This role is intentionally demanding. It is not a fit if you need:
- rigid rules or step-by-step scripts
- constant supervision or micromanagement
- “that’s how we’ve always done it” thinking
- a slow pace with low expectations
