Administrative Assistant, Sales & Marketing
Location: Theodore, AL
Pay: $19–20/hour
Type: Direct hire, full-time, on-site

The Role
We’re looking for a sharp, organized Administrative Assistant to support a busy Sales and Marketing team. This role keeps projects moving, information organized, and communication flowing across departments. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office and likes having their hands in a little bit of everything.
What You’ll Do
- Support sales presentations and RFQ responses
- Take, organize, and distribute meeting notes
- Track project timelines and deadlines
- Maintain CRM data and sales documentation
- Coordinate between Sales, Marketing, and Design teams
- Assist with onboarding new customers
- Conduct market and internet research as needed
Additional Support
- Maintain sales and marketing sample inventory
- Assist with sample builds and coordination
- Help with product and sample photography
- Support special research projects
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of administrative or office support experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities independently
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office systems
- Reliable, proactive, and follow-through focused
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 25 lbs occasionally
