Administrative Assistant, Sales & Marketing

Location: Theodore, AL
Pay: $19–20/hour
Type: Direct hire, full-time, on-site

The Role

We’re looking for a sharp, organized Administrative Assistant to support a busy Sales and Marketing team. This role keeps projects moving, information organized, and communication flowing across departments. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office and likes having their hands in a little bit of everything.

What You’ll Do

  • Support sales presentations and RFQ responses
  • Take, organize, and distribute meeting notes
  • Track project timelines and deadlines
  • Maintain CRM data and sales documentation
  • Coordinate between Sales, Marketing, and Design teams
  • Assist with onboarding new customers
  • Conduct market and internet research as needed

Additional Support

  • Maintain sales and marketing sample inventory
  • Assist with sample builds and coordination
  • Help with product and sample photography
  • Support special research projects

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of administrative or office support experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities independently
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office systems
  • Reliable, proactive, and follow-through focused

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 25 lbs occasionally
