Ulrich Horse Barn Sales Advisor - Full-time

We're looking for a Horse Barn Sales Advisor who thrives on connecting with people, asking the right questions, and guiding them through the start of their buying journey.

This is an in-person, full-time role based at our Cleburne Cabin Park showroom, where you'll be the friendly face (and voice!) of Ulrich for incoming barn leads. You'll also have the opportunity to represent Ulrich at industry trade shows, equine expos, and agricultural events, building brand awareness and connecting with new customers in the field.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for potential horse barn buyers
• Qualify leads by uncovering their needs, vision, and budget
• Build trust and prepare customers for a smooth handoff to our Designers
• Maintain clear and accurate records in HubSpot CRM
• Set appointments, provide updates, and keep communication flowing
• Support showroom visitors and respond to phone/email inquiries
• Attend equine, agricultural, and trade shows to generate leads and represent the brand
• Be a key part of our Ulrich Proven Process that delivers 5-star service

What We're Looking For:

• 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine, helpful personality
• Strong listener with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Comfortable representing the company at industry events and trade shows
• Detail-oriented and tech-savvy (Google Workspace + CRM experience preferred)
• Familiarity with agriculture, barns, or equestrian industries is a plus
• Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced team

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $19.00-$22.00 (based on experience)
