As a Barista, you represent the Woods Coffee brand, and you’re a highly valued part of our team. Your role is essential to creating an exceptional experience for every guest that walks through our doors. By providing excellent service, you ensure that every guest receives exactly what they ordered, with quality and consistency. You take pride in your work, staying attentive to details while always remembering to have fun. Availability: Consistent availability on Saturdays and Sundays is required. Please note that we are not hiring for seasonal positions at this time. Essential Job Functions: -Frequently bending, stooping, standing, and walking. -Consistently using your hands, arms, and wrists. -Regularly lifting, pushing, and pulling items. -Engaging with guests and teammates in close physical proximity. -Occasionally reaching or stretching for items. -Maintain professional and positive attitude with every guest interaction. -In-person attendance is required. Compensation: Starting wages: $18.77-19.77 per hour, plus tips after completing the shadow period.
