Forklift/Material Handler III - Receiving

• Perform the unloading, inspection, and verification of incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Ensure accurate labeling, documentation, and entry of received materials into the ERP/MRP system.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Quality, and Production teams to resolve discrepancies, damaged materials, or incorrect shipments.
• Maintain organized and efficient receiving and staging areas for materials.
• Ensure all materials are routed or stored in appropriate locations promptly to support production schedules.
• Complete daily activities of receiving personnel, including assigning tasks, monitoring productivity, and training team members.
• Support and enforce adherence to safety, quality, and standard operating procedures.
• Verify inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation of receiving records.
• Maintain detailed records for traceability, including lot numbers, certificates of conformance, and inspection results.
