Sales Transactions: Conduct accurate and efficient transactions using the cash register or POS system, staying informed about sales, promotions, and policies. Store Presentation: Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized sales floor, and assist with merchandising and display projects to uphold visual standards. Workshop Facilitation: Develop and deliver engaging workshop content tailored to the retail environment, promoting workshops through instore announcements and social media. Team Collaboration: Work with team members to meet sales goals, foster a positive team environment, and represent Cosset’s values as a brand ambassador. Guest Support: Handle complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary, and encourage guests to join our loyalty program. Store Maintenance: Keep the checkout counter, sales floor, and backroom tidy, adhering to company policies and safety standards. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on products, store activities, and industry practices to enhance guest interactions. Requirements Experience: Proven retail sales experience and handson familiarity with POS transactions. Customer Service: Friendly, energetic personality with a strong focus on guest satisfaction. Communication: Solid interpersonal and presentation skills, with proficiency in English. Retail Knowledge: Basic understanding of sales principles, customer dynamics, and retail operations. Workshop Skills: Experience as a workshop instructor or teacher is a plus, with the ability to create engaging, interactive content. Professionalism: Strong business casual appearance in personal care and attire. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for full shifts, lift and carry stock (up to 50 lbs), and perform light inventory tasks. Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and peak periods like holidays. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail management or teaching is a plus.
