Janitorial & Housekeeping - Full-time / Part-time

Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented General Maintenance and Janitorial Staff to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning, custodial tasks, and basic maintenance duties across various environments including commercial, residential, and industrial settings. This role is vital in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors alike.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation
• Conduct specialized cleaning tasks including floor buffing, polishing, and carpet cleaning
• Assist with facilities maintenance activities such as minor repairs, painting, and touch-ups
• Operate cleaning equipment including buffers and floor care machinery
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing
• Ensure all areas are compliant with safety standards and health regulations
• Support with industrial cleaning projects as needed, including high dusting or deep cleaning tasks
• Perform residential painting or other custodial services as required to support facility upkeep

Requirements

• Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles, preferably with commercial or industrial cleaning background
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Experience with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation to reach various work sites if necessary
