• Providing guidance and counsel to clients
• Focusing on finding solutions
• Conducting medical case reviews
• Maintaining professionalism and courtesy with clients and staff
• Exhibiting exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Conducting research and legal analysis
• Negotiating and settling cases in the pre-litigation stage
• Litigating cases
