This role is a high-vibe blend of hospitality, strategic sales, and wellness advocacy. You are here to tell our story, build our tribe, and ensure every person who walks through our doors feels like the most important person in the room.

Master the Circuit: Educate clients on our full Elemental Circuit—from Group Classes to our Cryo and Fire rooms.
Drive Growth: Confidently manage leads and convert walk-ins into members. You’re comfortable "asking for the close" because you believe in the value we provide.
Operational Excellence: Manage scheduling, check-ins, and studio aesthetics with precision.
Brand Ambassador: Assist with in-studio promotions, events, and social media content to keep our community buzzing.
Members walk in and immediately feel a sense of belonging.
Our conversion rates stay high because you guide leads with confidence and clarity.
The front desk feels like a premium concierge service, not a transaction counter.
You are a proactive contributor to our growth, always bringing fresh ideas to the table.
Experience in boutique fitness, wellness, hospitality, or luxury retail
Sales or customer experience background
Personal interest in fitness, recovery, nutrition, or holistic health
Social media comfort (IG stories, reels, client engagement)
